2. Ordering, contract

2.1 The offer in our online shop is a binding offer to represent you, close the contract with us. You can accept this offer with your order. The contract will be sent with your order to us.

2.2 If you have found the product you want, you can use this obligation by clicking the product name, product image or the link "View Details" more accurate information. By clicking the button [Order] or [Add to cart]you put items into your shopping cart. The contents of the basket you can check at any time without obligation by clicking the button [cart]. The products inside the cart can be changed or removed by clicking the graphics [removal] and [Refresh again]. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click on the page "shopping basket" on the button [cash box].
The other on-line ordering process involves three steps. In the first step in "your customer" you give your personal information and can optionally set to your initial purchase an account with us. 
At the next step you can under 'payment and address " select the desired payment method and delivery address.
In the last step, among "Checking and Order" you see again a summary of your order and you can double-check all data and with the button [change] delete, and or change the order. Entry errors can be corrected additionally by the fact that you are navigate backward in the browser or cancel the order process and start over.
To complete the purchase, you must accept our terms and conditions and press the button [Send order]. Therewith you send your order to us. We will send afterwards a confirmation of the order by e-mail.

 


 

3. Right of revocation

 

§1 Right of withdrawal

 

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (for recurring deliveries of similar products before receiving the first partial delivery) and also not fulfill our obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. §2 Consequences of the revocation

 

In the event of a cancellation the mutually received benefits returned and any benefits (eg interest). You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the goods does not exceed 40, - € is not surrendered, if at a higher price to the goods not yet on the date of full payment or a contractually agreed part payment have provided. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Not parcel things do you pick. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the sending of the cancellation or the goods to us with their receipt.

4. Storage of order

We store your order and ordering information. We will send you an e-mail an order acceptance and then an order confirmation with all the order data to. You also have the option of printing both the order and the terms and conditions before sending the order to us. If you have set up an account with us, you can also inform the option of purchasing access to the orders made by you.
